Mental Health Counseling offers you the ability to explore and learn from your past. In our sessions, you can speak freely and without judgement about your upbringing, beliefs, traumas, behavioral patterns, and choices that led you to where you are today. 

We also have the opportunity to identify practical ways to cope and heal so that those things no longer limit your potential. 


Mental Health Wellness Coaching provides similar benefits to counseling but has little focus on the past. We assess where you are now according to the 8 dimensions of wellness and create a plan of action for overall improved life satisfaction and fulfillment.
